Print Aligners In-Office, or Through Your Lab Partner

When your aligner design is complete, you can order arches directly within the application. Aligners export as print-ready files, which you can use however works best for your practice. For same-day starts, files can be printed in-office, or they can be sent to a lab partner with no lock-in to a specific manufacturer.

Clear aligner software is a digital platform that allows orthodontic providers to design, simulate, and produce custom aligners. It replaces manual and lab-dependent process with AI-assisted tools that improve precision and accelerate treatment delivery.

Medit Orthodontic Suite is scanner-agnostic and works with any intraoral scanner that exports open STL or PLY files.

Yes. Once your aligner design is finalized, Medit Orthodontic Suite exports print-ready files you can send directly to your in-office printer, enabling same-day treatment starts without waiting on an external lab.

Medit’s AI analyzes each scan and suggests optimal aligner staging and tooth movement sequences. Providers can accept the suggestions or use them as a starting point to fine-tune the design based on the desired outcome and their clinical judgment.

Treatment simulation is free. Exporting files for in-house printing starts at $1.50 per arch for Medit scanner owners or $5 per arch for others, with subscription plans starting from $199 per month for unlimited file exports.
